It was distressing to be on the other side of the world and unable to be issued with a boarding pass for part of the journey. Brydie and Diana had everything sorted by the time we reached Singapore. Thank you Flight Centre Forest Hill team, your help was priceless and a huge relief for us!

I would like to thank Brydie who helped me to book accommodation in Fiji for December. I contacted Brydie last week on saturday after being rudely spoken to and hung up by another Flight centre representative from Eastland who told me they dont have time to deal with me and my vouche to make a booking.After calling again i got Brydie from Forest Hill shopping centre and she did everything to make sure i was looked after.My voucher had expired due to unable to use during covid but upon extension she went above and beyond to making sure everything in my booking was met. I just want Forest Hill Flight centre to know that Brydie is a great asset to the team. Thanking you heaps.
