- James Bell Added January 09, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We had them come out in Feb 2012. They were to install new toilet, new laundry sink and under ground piping to help deflect water. They took the copper (not allowed this is stealing) and left the junk, did not complete the works as agreed with the under ground plumbing and the toilet seat does not stay up. He comes across well, but do not trust him after this. Also it took weeks to get the plumbing certificate. make sure he issues you with one.
